Our Story & History
15 years of support expertise
Cyberquilt is a specialized managed cybersecurity service powered by the global engineering network of One Stop Support. Our roots date back over 15 years in Sydney, Australia, where we first established ourselves as a local IT support firm under the name JD Networks. As small businesses and home users increasingly struggled to navigate the shifting digital landscape, we expanded our services from general troubleshooting to managed IT infrastructure, firewall hardening, VoIP, web systems, and dedicated cybersecurity.
Throughout this journey, we realized that while large enterprises could afford dedicated security teams, everyday individuals, senior citizens, and local shops were left virtually unprotected. They were targeted by increasingly sophisticated bank scams, phishing, and ransomware with nothing but confusing DIY software licenses and alarmist notifications.
We built Cyberquilt to make enterprise-level protection simple and human-centric. By combining One Stop Support's robust regional network centers (operating out of Australia, India, and Kenya) with direct remote onboarding, secure system monitors, plain-language alerts, and patient customer care specialists, we deliver serious cybersecurity that is fully managed on your behalf.
