Service overview

Cyberquilt provides managed cybersecurity services including guided device onboarding, background threat monitoring, automatic security updates, plain-language reporting and direct human support. The service is operated by One Stop Support from regional hubs in Australia, India and Kenya.

Plans and billing

The service is billed per protected device, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is charged as one annual payment at a 20% discount. Current pricing and inclusions are described on the Plans page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe in your local currency.

Cancellation and refunds

There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at any time through your regional support engineer; you will not be charged again after your current billing period. New customers are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied in your first 30 days, we will refund your payment in full.

Your responsibilities

You agree to enrol only devices you own or are authorised to manage, to keep your contact details current, and to make devices reasonably available for scheduled onboarding and maintenance sessions.

Remote access consent

Remote support is strictly opt-in and session-based. Sessions only begin with your explicit authorisation and can be ended by you at any time.

Limitations

No cybersecurity service can guarantee that every threat will be prevented. Cyberquilt materially reduces risk through managed protection, monitoring and human support, but you remain responsible for decisions such as sharing passwords or authorising payments. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email before they take effect.
